Whole 30

Today is the last day of doing the Whole 30 program. Wow! It's been awesome, and I feel AMAZING! Besides feeling super trim and happy in my body, I have a mental clarity and ease that I haven't felt in a long time. I feel so good that Im going to do it for another 30 days.

**What I thought would be hard:
-No wine/alcohol.... I hosted a party at my house, met friends for happy hour, and went to the Red Dress Party-- all completely sober. The funny thing is, I didn't miss drinking and in some ways actually had a better time.

-No dairy (none)... I oftentimes joke that I was born with a block of cheese in my hand so I thought for sure I would struggle. But, honestly, except for the cream in my coffee, I didn't miss it one bit.

**What was actually hard:
-No cream in my coffee (and no substitutes because also nothing with a preservative.)

-No chips. The crunch. Oh God I miss the crunch.

**My favorite meal:
-Avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, olive oil and lime. Sometimes with chicken.
