Movement Meditation

Today’s movement meditation.  Every practice begins with breath and movement that arises from the spontaneous, instinctual place.  This is my practice:  to move without hesitation, without holding back, and without force.  In this space the many doors of the inner worlds open and I feel an immensity of prana move through my body.  It’s a feeling of expansion beyond the literal confines of my body.  This is bliss.
